My photography workshops run throughout the year.
Workshop 1: Creative (from beginners to intermediate)
“As a photographic artist, my interest in photography lies not only in the technical mastering of your camera to produce the best results, but also in developing “an eye” for composition and a “feel” for creative artistic expression. In particular, I am passionate about how to work with light to transform the ordinary into the extra-ordinary.
Thirdly, I am interested in using photography as a vehicle for self- discovery, asking the question, “Who are you?” and beginning to answer that question in images, conceptually, really.
Self-expression can only happen when we know who the self is.
So you will walk away from this course with:
- Practical tools and knowledge to achieve more professional results from your camera, with a special emphasis on how to handle tricky light conditions
- An introduction to creative techniques to develop your artist’s “eye”
- An invitation to the journey towards self- discovery
I invite you to stand knee deep in the flow of life and pay attention.
All around you, deep inside you, are treasures to be found.
Don’t just look, see.
